FIND OUT ME ABOUT ME: https://linktr.ee/tobyssc Purpose: The purpose of this drill is to improve your skill to beat a defender with only body movements Set up: 2 soccer balls 2 players (an attacker and a defender) 5 cones 2 pug goals’ How the drill works: Line up your cones so they cover a total distance of 7 yards (you can make this longer or shorter) and place 2 soccer balls on either side of the cones. Place the goals directly opposite and 5 yards back from the soccer ball. The defender will be on the side with the 2 pug goals and the attacker on the other side.
