Our soccer defending drills focuses on teaching players how to successfully defend 1v1 and as a team to prevent the aim of goals scored on them.
It is not the most exciting part of the game but it is something you need to work on if want to win more games
These drills allow the players to get a lot repetition in game like scenarios which is most similar to that of a real soccer game.
